# Security & Mushee

## **What should I do to keep my wallet safe?**

Here, we highly recommend the use of physical or offline storage, which can be stored in multiple channels (must be safe channels), and do not lose or disclose your security information. In this way, even if the wallet is abnormal, you can continue to use it by importing the private key or mnemonic.

1. Don't execute QR codes and links from unknown sources.
2. Don't disclose any sensitive information about yourself.
3. Don't take screenshots or take photos to save private keys or mnemonics.
4. Don’t use wallets or export private keys and mnemonics in an insecure environment.

## **Could I retrieve my wallet if I forget my mnemonics?**

No.

If you lost your mnemonics, it means you have lost your wallet. Zerries does not store your mnemonics. So keep it safe!

## **What if I made a wrong transaction? How do I reverse it?**

Sorry, because Mushee is a decentralized wallet, we are not able to track or recover any transactions.

We highly recommend double-checking your input information while transferring.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://mushee.gitbook.io/mushee_io/mushee-base/security-and-mushee.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
